Starbucks - West Kelowna

Ranked in comparison to Starbucks as opposed to coffee shops in general as you don't need telling what Starbucks is about.

The food at Starbucks is fantastic, and their personalized drinks are a standout feature. This location has a great atmosphere with plenty of seating, unlike other Starbucks on Louie Drive. The drive-thru option is a nice touch as well. Unfortunately, the only downside is the unfriendly staff and manager who lacks good customer service skills. When their credit/debit card machine was not working, the manager's response was unhelpful and rude. However, the other crew members were kind and went out of their way to make us a new drink when one of our orders was not to our liking. Hopefully, the staff at this location can improve and match the friendliness of the Louie Drive branch.

The staff was welcoming and the beverages were very refreshing. However, the prices were a bit steep, especially paying over 6 dollars for a fruity lemonade. The restroom was satisfactorily clean. Thank you.

The Dobbin Starbucks is the most cheerful, friendly, and well-organized Starbucks in the Okanagan. They are the reason I consume more coffee than I should, but the staff are wonderful people and provide a fantastic start to the morning!
