KFC - WEST KEMPSEY

The service was satisfactory, but there seemed to be an issue in the kitchen with the food. I have never ordered so many original wings from a KFC before, it feels like they were trying to capitalize on the popularity of chicken.

I absolutely loved Jon! He was fantastic. My extremely overweight friend was thrilled and it made me so happy that it put a smile on my face. The restrooms were clean and without any issues.

I received disrespectful and rude service from a woman at this restaurant. She got my order wrong and when I tried to address it, she screamed at me and threw the food. Thankfully, Michelle came and corrected the mistake. However, the service was still lacking, with poor communication and rudeness throughout. The overall experience was disappointing.

The franchise owner/manager is a terrible representative of the company and has disgusting customer service. Sauces are always forgotten and chips never fresh. Worst run franchise we have ever visited. The city deserves better sale to someone who is willing to do at least a bare minimum work! Time wasted.

Convenient meal when travelling at night, easy parking and clean toilets. However a few chips were not cooked all the way through in my boxed meal.
