Krystal - West Knoxville

They're sign says drive through 24 hours. The last time I was here, they closed at 1am. I just pulled up at 11:30, and it's closed.

Couldn't even get through the drive through after 45 minutes when there was no line. I'm an understanding person but they're was no communication at all.

I ordered 24 crystals with cheese 12 of which with no onion and they were all 24 perfect and hot in my opinion one of the best Krystals in Knoxville.

Drive thru after work. Heard SUV in front of me order. Waited 15 more minutes. Nobody responded to my greetings. Drove around toward window. Waited until the SUV got their order. 10 minutes. He said he took my order but didn't tap it in on his screen. Then said card machine out of order. It's always some bs there night. ie:cash register not working, can't take orders right now, just completely ignore customers speaker, etc.

AFTER BEING IN LINE FOR ALMOST 20 MINS, I RECEIVED MY ORDER THAT COST ME, $16.32 JUST FOR A #3, CHIC AND LOADED FRIES! BUT ANYWAY WHEN I RECEIVED MY FOOD DUE TO THE LONG LINE THAT WAS BEHIND ME I PULLED FORWARD TO CHECK MY FOOD, AS I CHECKED I NOTICED I WAS MISSING MY CHIC, SO WHILE SITTING IN THE PARKING LOT I TRIED CALLING AND GOT NO ANSWER AFTER THREE TRYS AND THE LOBBY WAS CLOSED..
