1. The food is quite good, but there are several issues worth mentioning. 2. They charge for a second salsa and for an extra basket of chips. We were a group of six dining at a table with three separate checks and had to request additional chips and salsa four times. Ironically, if we had been seated at individual tables, each of us would have received one complimentary basket. 3. The process of getting our bill was frustrating. Instead of simply providing it, the staff asked whether we were paying with cash or check. We wanted to see the total amount first to decide how to pay, unaware that using a card incurs an extra $3 fee. This charge isn’t disclosed anywhere, and we only found out after it was added to our total. 4. The staff also struggles with basic math. My bill was $20.33, and when I handed the server $50.35, I expected $30.02 in change. She insisted that my change was around $28 and some cents. I had to explain how to input the numbers correctly into the calculator. Even after demonstrating I was right, she didn’t resolve the issue and instead went to get a manager. 5. The manager was unhelpful and seemed to lack any understanding of customer service. She became combative and continued to argue with me, despite me clarifying the mistake. It’s simple to acknowledge an error and move on, but she wouldn't. In response, I decided that she could keep my extra $2, and none of us would tip her, resulting in a loss of $15 for her. By the way, there was no language barrier involved—just a lack of basic skills and an unwillingness to accept their mistake. I won’t be returning. P.S. If you order guacamole dip, be aware that it does not come with chips. It seems odd to expect dip without any chips to enjoy it with.
