Don't bother ordering from the New Japanese Menu. Ordered Chicken Katsu Curry received something wasn't Katsu Curry. Had to send out search party for the chicken as there was 3 of the smallest pieces mixed in with the salty vegetables.

My usual choice for Chinese has been closed. So I thought I'd try this device because I really wanted a good roasted rice. Unfortunately, I was never so dissatisfied with what I was given. only pure rice, cooked with microwave meat without taste and badly cut and cooked small amount vegetables without normal aromes would they find a simple fried rice. I haven't reviewed any reviews before buying, so that's my fault. will not go back

My partner has dietary requirements and upon ordering his meal he requested that there be certain things in particular left out. When he received his order it was not what he asked for and what was requested to not be in the meal was well and truly there. I work in Hospitality myself and understand mistakes are made but mistakes like this are unacceptable. Food intolerance and allergies are serious! Not to mention the staff did nothing to rectify the situation. No refund or replacement, nothing! It really made my partner feel like they didn’t care at all.
