We were so happy we had a Dutch Bros nearby we tried and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but finally gave up going the app too long of lines, drinks are always wrong all we ask for is extra hot and never get it we decided to go today, the line was short got Luke warm hazelnut Carmel cocoa, wanted a 16oz latte, got a small just unreal and disappointing if you'd have hamburgers on the menu you'd probably serve a hot dog!

Worst location in the area! Usually always overcrowded. Ordered a Hazel Nut Truffle Mocha for the first time in the McHenry location and was atrocious. There was close to no foam, and whatever foam there was had this grainy stiff consistency. Ive had the drink plenty of times in the Riverbank location without these issues.The new Riverbank location is better!
