Wienerschnitzel - West Modesto

Update..Went today for 2 chili dogs, chili on the side.I'm including a picture of the tiny skinny hotdogs and the smashed Buns. $6.96. Sadly won't ever go back.They've have started putting more onions and less chili on chilli dogs.Asked for half the onions both of my last two visits and half the chili. Sad

(Drive thru sign was on), got in line waited a few min, Someone came on said we are not open till 10am, i said ok ill wait the 4 minutes, they came back on saying its gonna be 15min because they have stuff to do and asked me to leave the drive thru park in front and wait in the lobby, this older lady had a very bad tone/attitude, i never went inside because i didn't want a side of spit in my food

Hot dogs made from dog food grade meat- turkey sweepings, salt, nitrates, fillers. If you want an *actual* hot dog grab some Casper’s Frankfurters from Safeway, O’Bryan’s, add a decent bun and enjoy with the toppings of your choice. There just isn’t an authentic hot dog joint in Modesto

I love finding the old A-frame buildings, usually where you get the best tasting Wienerschnitzel food and this one hit the spot. My wife and I get the traditional chili-cheese corn dogs with fries, but there is now fish items on the menu to try. Stop by and check them out.

When I ordered from there yesterday (Feb. 7, 2024), I used a coupon for two corn dogs. I only got one. If you think you can use coupons at this restaurant, think again. Also, two tables have been permanently disused as they have never been fixed/replaced. At least the food was good.
