Mcdonald's - West Monroe

My first time eating there, I was very impressed by the overall experience, purity, food and service. I was particularly impressed with the young man who cleaned the dining room very friendly and he was busy I was there at 12:15 am 7/5/2017

Lakita the night ladder is the best.. I feel like at home when she works day or night. If she's here, the whole place is nice and do it job. All other managers are terrible with customers and employees.. She really takes care of her customers and employees

Yesterday was a very hard day for my daughter Jayci. On Easter Sunday she drove her chin open and had to have 4 stitches. She had an appointment to get her out yesterday morning, which was very traumatic for her because she thought it would hurt so much when she got her that 4 different people had to hold her while they were cut her out. After that, she said she wanted to go to McDonalds because she wanted chicken nuggets, French fries, yogurt a happy food toy. I tried to explain to her since it was 9:30 that they only served breakfast. It is really hard for a 4 years old to understand, especially when she has set her mind. We went in and went forward to place our order. Then she asked me if she could play. The woman on the front told me that the playground was closed by smaller construction. My daughter started crying and fell on the ground. The manager then went from behind and asked what was wrong; the woman on the front told him that she was upset that the playground was closed. He asked me how long we'll be there. I told him to eat long enough. Then he asked her if she felt better when he opened the playground for her. Of course she said yes. He told me that the only reason he was closed was due to the sprinkler system in the ceiling, that was the only thing wrong. Then he took her to the play area and let her in. I started ordering our food that she was put dead on her happy meal with chicken nuggets. I tried to decide what she gets, because I know they don't stop serving breakfast until 10:30. I told the woman what she really wanted. The manager was back and the woman told him. He asked me how many chicken nuggets she wanted to tell me that I could go to play with her and he would bring us our food. At this point I was very grateful for the royal treatment my daughter received after such a traumatic morning. Then he surprises me because after we got our food. My daughter took her toy out of her happy food and asked me to show him. So we both went forward and she showed him. She then went to the toy display case that showed on a certain toy that was inside. I fixed my daughter a few small cups of ketchup when I turned around to find him opening the display case to get her the toy she wanted. She was so excited and had the greatest smile on her face all the time we were there. I told him I thank you several times, but I feel I can't say enough. People like him must be noticed how amazing they are. He not only put a great smile on my daughters' face, but I also want to thank you for his loving generosity of heart. I recommend McDonalds on Thomas Rd in West Monroe. You have the most beautiful employees of all time, especially the manager who has made a special day that my daughter will never forget!

9-7-19 Monday 16:30. First time at this point. The restaurant looked different than I was. More modern. The lady I met was polite and helpful in selecting my order. The location could have been cleaner. It wasn't terrible, just some food under tables and chairs from creepy people. Easy. The consistency of the foods was similar to any other place where I was. “In time” I came to this place, it was not bad overall and I would return to this place. I have read other articles and have not experienced some of their problems they have experienced in the past today. If something changes in future visits, I will be repost.

I got chicken nuggets and fries, it was good and hot, the fries were a little salty but good.
