Sonic Drive-in - West Monroe

Wife has ordered online. Been waiting over 45 just for icecream. Been in 2 different stall and just got ignored. This happens so often it's ridiculous ?

Originally i.gave this place a 5 star review. Their service is fast and the food is hot. I go here about twice a week. However lately something is always wrong. Missing food mostly. Today took the cake though I was trying to place an order and the lady kept cutting me off and I kept trying to tell her what she was putting in for me wasn't what I wanted. And then she cut me off mid order. I didn't even get to order everything I wanted too. Extremely rude, I will take my business to another sonic.

You finally have our order right. Was happy. However, the employees are rude and anxious. Always check to ensure that you have your entire order and that it is correct.

If the guy works with the man rolls, it takes at least 20-30 minutes to get your food. Always.

Immersed for a quick lunch with my children. I had an emotional day. Tabitha was our carhop and she was so sweet and wondered if I needed something, and I almost broke into tears asking her kindness instead of giving us food and going away.
