Sage Southern Cuisine - WEST NYACK

Ate there tonight. It was fantastic!! Don’t hesitate go to Sage!!

Believe the hype, food was so good. Definitely in the top 5 of fried chicken I’ve ever had and sides of collard greens and potato salad were the perfect complement. Also had fish and chips, it was amazing. We’ll be back James! What a nice guy who really cares about the product he serves and his customers.

Food was incredible. Probably the best ribs i’ve ever had. Fall off the bone, tender. Owner was really nice as well. 10/10 would go back again.

Our eldest son had told us about this place. I’m so glad we listened to the recommendation. We had the ribs, fried catfish, fried chicken, mac and cheese, potato salad, collards, string beans and corn bread. When I tasted the mac and cheese it brought tears to my eyes. I haven’t had mac n cheese that good since my grandma passed 35 years ago. For me, it was that good. The owner, JP and his mother were personable.My only wish is that it were more of a sit down restaurant. It would be a good place to take the family for Sunday dinner, like going to grandma’s house
