This appears to be a duplicate Google entry for Tokyo 23 since it has the same address, Suite #17 in the Signal Hills Shopping center. It is not placed in the right spot, this shows it's part of the USPS location but it's further down the plaza. This should be removed.I'm not sure how else to get the attention of the owners or Google about this besides 1 star, please remove this duplicate.
This place is pretty enry level when it comes to the types of food you can get. The real deal is at the hibachi grill located in the back. I would recommend people to use that as a service in customizing their food choice. The people there are quick to get your food on and off, but cooking it perfectly to your liking. At times there us a line although the wait is worth it. (Don't forget to tip, those grills can get hot after standing there cooking)
First time here. It's a big venue with lots of seating in different areas of the restaurant. They have a wide variety of selections for sushi, desserts, noodles, hibachi, hot pot and pho to assemble yourself with the staff to cook it to order. I tried the pho but forgot to take a picture. The mustard green soup was good with white rice. The crawfish, I felt was over cooked that it was hard to take out of the shell without breaking and so with a whole plate, I was many able to eat a handful successfully since it was hard to take off of the shell or that it was black. I didn't try the sushi since it didn't look like it was fresh. The food was ok. Even though they have more selections than 98 Pounds in Bloomington, I feel like 98 Pounds have better flavor and better service as I didn't think was customer friendly to bring out the fortune cookies when I wasn't even done, and we've only been there for 45 minutes. My kids maybe be having desserts but that does not mean that I was finish eating. So that didn't leave a good impression especially the wait staff was on the phone while she was working. It was nice that the music was playing softly in the background and you don't have to shout. The restaurant is clean. This is by far the cleanest bathroom at a Chinese buffet I've been to.
I would say an impressive spread, has soft serve, slushy, and seafood as part of the buffet. They also have drinks included in the price too. It doesn't blow your mind BUT it's probably the best you're going to get in MN.I highly recommend this place, we really enjoyed it and will return. The staff is very kind, very busy cleaning up after us, and the ambiance is nice...everyone is pretty spaced out, tables, booths, they have it all.
