Mcdonald's - West Union

If you want a terrible customer service and want to wait for 15 minutes until someone takes your order, then visit this McDonald's....you act like your trouble when placing your order

I have been with these Mcdonalds several times, but have stopped going because my order is wrong, or my food is cold or you are waiting for a long time in the drive and if you are in the window they are on their cell phones texting, went to the new one, hoping it would be better, but not always the same even other customers waiting for their order, saying they were not back because of bad service. Management has to rise and train their people better!!

I was 18 times at McDonald in the last 30 days, and they could still correct my order. The food is cold, underboiled and very dirty.

I can't count how the times when they messed up my order, and the pommes are hard like a rock and cold the sandwiches look like they were sitting on their worst McDonald's I've ever been to the window workers, have to stop playing with their phones and get their mind on their job.

All staff there are so sweet, I go through before and after work and they make me feel family might ask for better
