Café Zupas - West Valley City

Employees did not seem to care much. Didn't offer mix one ins for soups didn't offer any desserts didn't make us feel welcome. Was not very busy and water infused drinks were drained was told they would come fill them but never did

Was hesitant about going to eat here. Kinda got forced into it but I will say it was really good. The people were nice the food was good I was surprised that I liked it. I will definitely go back.

Food was put together sloppy. Person needed more help. There was no list of ingredients and the staff didn't know what was in most things. Wasn't very clean, to eat in.

The staff is polite, but easily distracted, and hard time focusing on the customer in front of them. Crackers are not “right over there”… You always say that, no they're not, you have to ask for them every single time.

Sandwich was hard as a rock. Not exaggerating. Asked for extra salad dressing and actually got less. Got home with 1/2 a container instead of 2. Highly disappointed tonight. Usually the food is excellent, sadly not tonight
