Freshslice Pizza - West Van Canada

I came lots of time but yesterday was such a bad experience I ordered veggie lover pizza there were no cheese in pizza and only 2 kind of toppings, lot of spinach and Crust was to hard like rock. Need to focus on customer service.

From apr,01.2021 this pizza shop operate as a Fresh Bay Pizza.same owner and staff.it just rebrand from freshslice pizza to fresh Bay pizza

I was the customer who missed judge how much time she had to order a pizza and return to her vehicle before it borded the ferry. I ordered, I waited, then I got the panic call to return to the car we 're loading... . I had to leave! I kept asking Is it done?! . The gentleman behind the counter was great. He gave me the calm look, that said it all. Lady it 's in the oven, nothing I can do to make it go faster. It finally came out. He bagged it in record time. I ran for my car, we got on. Thank you to that man for having patience with me. The pizza was wonderful and we made our ferry sailing. Professional and good to the very last minute.

I have a gluten intolerance was delighted to hear that they served a cauliflower crust pizza. I was REALLY impressed by the quality of the crust and will definitely be back!
