Buffalo Wild Wings - West Virginia

Service wasn't the best. Took forever to get food and when we finally received it, it was cold.

The waitress my family had was lovely (don't remember her name) she was great with refills and such. Got our food fast and didn't wait long.

Street tacos were very good. It took a long time for the food to be prepared.

It was a Thursday and very busy. Server, Rachel was great! Ordered pretzel bites and 3 orders of wings. Waited for an hour for wings then when we got them they were cold and small chunks that looked like they were split in ½. I go to this location fairley often but this experience was by far the absolute worst. Complained to the manager and gave $10 off my bill. It will be a while before I go back!
