Moon Buffet - West Virginia

The people who work there are very nice. Everything is nice and clean. The food is pretty good. They play nice music, but it could definitely use a facelift.

Food quality is below par, and sometimes even cold/cool, BUT its what you expect from a buffet. Don't pay too much attention to those reviews that say “very good food”. They've just never had very good food, lol. Its pricey for the quality, but I think the higher price is mainly for the Quantity, not quality. One big perk is the customer service, they are very nice and make sure you have what you need. The food however seemed like it was an off brand of a normal Chinese buffet. The main thing that I go to a Chinese restaurant for is the general tso's chicken and it wasn't right, to the point where I couldn't finish it. The atmosphere was alright, it is really open, therefore not much privacy at all.

THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD!! I went there for lunch. The food tasted good, but there was not much of a selection for the price I paid. There was more American Food than Chinese. Many of the dishes were lukewarm or cold. There were many empty trays. Some of the food was sitting for a while. It had that glazed, waxy look. There was some meat on a stick that looked dried out. This place has the potential to be great. The food needs to be hot, with a better selection of more authentic Chinese.
