I ordered a cake and sent it to my hotel room. I was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes; an hour later, I called to complain because I hadn't received it yet. They told me they were going after, but since my hotel was only 1 mile away from their location, I would have it in 10 or 15 minutes; 30 minutes later, I called again to complain, as I had not received my pizza. This time they told me it had already been delivered! I said it wasn't possible because I was sitting in my room waiting for the pizza. You said it was delivered. So I ordered a pizza, paid in advance, never got the pizza, and they refused to pay me back the money! They said their hands were bound as the delivery app they use for deliveries SLICE, the only ones that could issue the refund. I called SLICE, they held me up and called Di Carlos. Di Carlo refused to give me the refund, and SLICE told me that without DiCarlo's consent they could not issue a refund. Never again will I order from such dishonest people. Be careful when you order over the delivery: chances are that you pay for the food in advance and will never get it.

Great by the slice place here in Westbury. Hidden gem. Staff is very nice as well. Would definitely recommend. Owner has been making pizza for over 30 years.
The restaurant was very clean and it was fun to meet the owners and find out Its a family owned business! The cheese pizza was good as was the pepperoni pizza but the Sicilian was not my favorite. I wasn?t blown away by the taste of any of the three but would definitely come back.
