Contribuisci feedbackAlready the winding up to the burg was adventurous, the navi played a little crazy and I was glad to have found one of the few parking spaces in the courtyard of the castle. the restaurant “Semperfrey” of the westerburger castle welcomes its guests since 2008 stylishly with a lot of love for the detail and expertly restored vault. antique rustic cozy furniture with lots of wood, deco remembrance of the old ritter time and stone stone maurer occupied a little in medium age. the environment is hardly torn. service: from greeting to farewell very friendly and flott. eat: besides a real wine selection and a well-stocked menu with an upscale kitchen, regional as e.g. baked wester blutwurst is offered apfel ginger competence and gratitude. we chose filetsteak from Argentinian white bark 250 gr to 26,50 €, plus bratkartoffeln, not included in the price, met again at 3,00 € to book. all grilled dishes are served with a crispy salad, homemade sauce béarnaise, crimped butter and spicy steak pepper, then we had deenbrust with white wine risotto at 21.80 € as a greeting from the kitchen came a warm pikantly sharp roasted calffrikadell on small salatbouquet. all ingredients were fresh, mostly prepared and very tasty. the steak on the point fried, juicy and tender, the duck breast, on tasty garden tomaten and paprika pieces, was tender pink fried and also beautiful tender. the risotto and the crucified bratkartoffels were as convincing as the crunchy salad. drinks: caffeine crumbs, king pilger, mineral water. cleanliness: all top finishes: stylish castle restaurant in a beautiful location with upscale kitchen.
