We received wonderful service from our waitress rosie and delicious food. many thanks for their care and attention to making our meal a special for our family.

Surprisingly quiet for a Friday night (twenty very early, but with the time we were left was very busy) and service was prompt and eating was very fast produced. if I had a critique, it wasn't very many chips with the cable and chips! but would definitely go back!

A historical land pub with good food, ale weine and atmosphere recommended!

I was recommended this restaurant by my colleagues, and I was not disappointed. The food was of a high standard and served in generous portions. However, the service could have been improved. For dessert, I ordered a mini dessert along with a hot drink, but I received the drink about five minutes before the dessert arrived, which was a bit disappointing since they should ideally be served together.

I had the Sunday roast, but the potatoes were so hard that I couldn't eat them. The cauliflower cheese was well done, but overall, I’m afraid I won't be returning for another roast anytime soon.
