Brenaissance Wine Stud Estate

A beautiful setting in the heart of the Devon Valley. Very very well trimmed and maintained property. We spent an amazing night and little niggles were sorted out very quickly. The rooms are comfortable with modern fittings. We stayed in the Orchard chalet 3 bedroom unit with self catering. Our unit was very well stocked. WiFi is almost non existent. By receiving this bad review. Real unfriendly received. Be the way to our room, but didn't even come in. We need to get Bagage to our room ourselves. No problem at all, but there it was 500 yards and not ideal path, still a job. With every question we asked of lady, answer was KORT: Hopefully this will work in the future.

Booked for 6 nights and immediate regret on day 1. Not practical for more that 1 night. No heating in the bed except for the AC that leaves your noise and eyes dry. Shower pressure was non existent. Rooms are not welcoming or homey. I will not start about the customer service… Would definitely not recommend it for more that 1 night.
