Luigi’s Italian Restaurant - Westhill

Extremely frustrating experience. We made a reservation at this restaurant through the Open Table website, received a confirmation, only to discover shortly before our reservation that they were actually closed on the evening we planned to dine. They really need to improve their organization.

The menu has changed significantly from before. The waitstaff put in effort, but lack the necessary experience or training.

Very very poor experience. Service was shambolic and the Restaurant Manager seemed less capable than the competent young girl working behind the bar. Food was poor quality and not hot and despite repeatedly asking for missing drinks, missing side orders, the bill, my coat .... the service just didn’t improve and the staff were aimlessly chasing their tails. Bitterly disappointed!

Things went badly from the outset and no food course was satisfactory. I felt sorry for the front of house staff trying to cope with the problems, they did their best.

The menu and service never fails.. Fresh ingredients make the meal. Luigi's is always our first choice for family and special intimate meals.
