Culver’s - Westland

Great food and service. Manager walked thru dining area and asked each customer about their meal. I watched him get someone a water refill. Top notch!

Tried again after a while, ordered 2 butter burgers, taste on par with mcdonalds terrible. dry, burnt . overcooked and/or reheated, and a large chili which is good but needs to be hot not served cold. have had similar issues in the past and mgt told me it was because of the covid, well covid is over and tried this store again . but no more. use this store because close to my home hope others are not the same quality.

Mushroom swiss burger served without mushrooms. It was incredibly dry as well. Outside burned.

Best Culver's! They have yet to disappoint. The only Culver's I go to! Keep up the great work guys, we appreciate it!

Good is always good and the staff is exceptional. I would come here just for the old time service vibe regardless of the food. For a fast food joint they do a great job Kid-friendliness: Kid meals include ice cream and toppings!
