Hong Lan Queen Eggrolls - Westminster

Horrible phone etiquette. We got eggrolls from them before and liked it so we want to order again. The guy answered the phone after taking down the ordered asked if we know their location. I thought it was on brookhurst and asked if it is. Instead of telling me they're located on McFadden he instead hung up on me. Tried calling again and this time hung up without answering. I called to tell him how horrible their attitude was and he said he didn't care if I review them or tell other.Even if you're busy you could've spare a few seconds to correct your customers of your address. I don't mind the drive but I do mind the manners. Never again!

Cheap, crunchy, and filling was delicious. Called 15 mins before and they ahd it ready! Closes at 5pm on Saturday though.

Love their egg rolls. The Vietnamese egg rolls are the best.I love the Dried Shredded Chicken (Cha Bong Ga)Always have wonderful meals, and the food was amazing. You can tell that this business is family owned and operated. Overall will return to this business Queen Eggrolls HongLoan Food in the future. The foods are authentic and tasty. Excellent customer service. I like how clean the store is. This place is great for buying Egg Rolls and other Asian foods. Workers were kindly helping me find what I needed. The prices are so good. Great service. Wonderful friendly owner. Excellent quality.!

This place has been around since I was in High School. The egg rolls and banh beo are delish! I usually order a big tray of egg rolls from here for parties. Definitely recommend.
