Hu Tieu Thanh Xuan - Westminster

I've been coming since 2005 when I'm in Little Saigon for the best Hu Tieu I've ever found. At first, I was introduced to the restaurant by a recent immigrants from South Vietnam who announced it as authentic and the best. I get the big bowl of Hu Tieu Thanh Xuan Dac Biet with the clear noodles. I order it Kho (dry) and add the bowls of the red sauce and chicken broth itself. It's so delicious, I have no problem driving the 85 miles from San Diego to get it. The free Chrysanthemum drink is also very good. Staff are friendly and treat like family.

Hu tieu kho (dry) with Dai (clear) noodles is where it is! Love the garlic and jalapeños. Sooo good. I get it every time I get back to OC

The dry noodles were absolutely delicious! Your special sauce was exceptional. I highly recommend it, and it will definitely be my go-to place for dry noodles in the future!

EXCELLENT Hủ Tiếu noodle/soup dishes . . . with quick, professional staff. This is a GREAT, well-lit, and clean restaurant, in a good location . . . really fresh ingredients, and prompt service! . . . will DEFINITELY be back!
