Little Caesars Pizza - Westminster

Additionally, I've found the staff to be unwelcoming and rude. During my most recent visit, they implemented a new online order pickup system for orders placed directly through their website, which requires a code to unlock the drawer containing the order. Since my order was placed through a delivery service like DoorDash, I didn't have a code and ended up having to call Dasher Support for assistance. Given these frequent issues, I will no longer accept orders from this restaurant, nor will I consider visiting as a customer again.

This place has a peculiar odor—it's a bit musty and damp, which makes me question the cleanliness. However, the staff is very friendly, and the pizza is delicious!

In all the stores I visited, I noticed only one or two employees working, which typically meant waiting 15 minutes or longer for my pizza. Additionally, the prices for marinara sauce ranged from $1.50 to $3.50 for a small container that was sometimes only half full. I often order the Italian cheese breadsticks, but who wants them without marinara sauce? Overall, Little Caesars seems to be declining in quality. The only pizza chain that seems to have its act together lately is Domino's. However, I would still choose Little Caesars over Pizza Hut or Papa John's any day of the week. Unfortunately, I’ve found that all the Little Caesars locations I visited had dirty interiors, inconsistent pricing between online and in-store orders, and a significant drop in overall quality.

Try to call today from 17:00 to 1930 to order dinner. No one answers the phone for the execution orders and online orders are not possible. I'll call tomorrow. This is not good for the local manager and district manager, and the brand itself.

We came here today for pizza and crazy bread and left disappointed. The pizza was cooked but it wasnt as done as much as it should have been and the crazy bread was bland. There are other better little Caesar locations.
