Delicious Coffee! Amazing Customer Service! Uplifting attitude! For context, this is a coffee stand in the lobby of a hospital. Sam was who I saw twice there while my wife was undergoing surgery. Not only did Sam ensure that my coffee was fresh, but he was extremely personable and encouraging—which is sooo important with all that happens in there. What a breath of fresh air! Thank you Sam!
