These people will never understand customer service or the English language. How do you say please heat up this food in Portuguese? I ordered a hot coffee and the ground beef in pumpernickel bread and the chicken and cheese in the hard bread. I asked her to heat up the food. She said it was already hot and refused to heat it up. The food wasn 't hot and the coffee was horrible.

I purchased a carrot cake at Aroma cafe and it was hard and tasteless I think it was stale! I went back 2 days later and told them The person at the counter said oh well sorry. I will never go there again
