Forget everybody out. Best Kebab place north of Auckland. Go! Distinguishing little space, but worth the trip. juicy, spicy lambs and delicious sauces packed in crispy freshness. We are always very sure to order every time we're over. Take it easy.
Amazing. Chicken Kebab with Mayo and sweet Chili is so good.
Love the food here very tasty, the bubble tea is great recommend to go here
I 'm generally pretty leery of 5 star reviews because very few places are genuinely fantastic. ...That said, 4Js is genuinely fantastic. Positives: The kebabs are good great, even. prices are higher than any random chain fast food place at $14 for a combo, but 4 bucks cheaper than the only other kebab place in town that I know of. Real talk, though? The chips are fantastic. I 'm not going to call them the highlight because they 're just chips , but it 's pretty close. They 're big, proper ones and delicious. Actually incredible. Don 't ask me to explain, just try them. Staff are super friendly, also. Negatives: The shop itself isn 't particularly flash (only win I 'd give to the other kebab place which is actually a straight up Cafe with proper seating) and the location is a bit out of the way for driving or walking unless you 're already literally nearby on Cameron street. There is a lot of (paid) parking on the same street though. Conclusion: I think the biggest issue here is location, and I get the feeling a lot of the customers have to go out of their way to come here because of the quality of the food. I personally have to actively restrain myself from visiting unless I 'm already in the vicinity and in need of a meal like once a month, tops otherwise I 'd literally be here multiple times a week. My take is that if you 're in Kamo, Tiki, or Whau Valley and feeling kebabs, the better food and lower price isn 't worth the trip downtown when you have a perfectly fine place right on the Kamo road, but if you 're literally anywhere closer, go for it. Highly recommended.
