Ordered two set meals from the 2023 menu, and asked for delivery. Food was delivered within an hour, and it was hot, although I was charged £10 extra for delivery. Unfortunately though, one of the bags of food was full of sauce which had leaked fro. One or more of the food trays,which had obviously split open during transit. In hindsight, I should have collected the food myself, probably would of given another star if so. Food: 3 Service: 4

The food is good value for money, they are very slow but they have banks to wait that are good. The cheapest in the area. Parking: It has a parking space for two minutes but the street is narrow. If you plan to stay longer you can find a paid parking 5 minutes from the take away. If I could give Zero stars I would. After phoning through our order my husband asked twice for them to confirm it but they just put the phone down. When we picked it up the order was wrong. On contacting them they insisted that we were wrong and they had written the order down correctly. The customer service was rude and aggressive. On top of this the food was almost inedible. The sauces were sickly and the meat tough. I have no idea how other people have given this takeaway 4 or 5 stars. I can only think they are known to the business.
