I order on there website about week go. Wait about 1 and 30 mins no food phone up multiple time no answer, message them on facebook no reply. I had to walk up shop find place was closed. Never said anything on there website was closed google or Facebook. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: £20–30

Ordered food on there Website they taken the money out my bank, 1 hour and half later still no food phoned and phoned them no answer so I went to shop and they were closed even tho it said open online Parking: None Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30

Never get order correct, order from app and takes money for it not to be open. Ordered last month to be told pizza oven broken, then they produced our cold order from the delivery car. Service: Take out Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nice food, unfortunately they seem incapable of getting an order correct. The last 4 times I've visited I've had to go back because something is missing. It got to the stage where tonight the fella even joked about their track record with me as he assured me everything was correct this time. Not very funny though when I got home to discover 2 items missing from the order. They're always apologetic when I go back, but enough is enough, I'm done.
