Jade Garden - Whitby

This may be the worst meal I have ever had. The curry chicken was served on a thick bed of rice with very little chicken meat.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could! We sat there for 10 minutes and nobody came to serve us.

I have visited Jade Gardens multiple times and the food is always hot and delicious. The parking lot is small and they only offer takeout, but it is definitely worth the visit.

Visited family friends and they suggested Chinese food from Jade Garden. It was quickly ordered and it was prepared quickly. A dinner for 4 adults and 5 kids and the portions were great and it all tasted great. We are from Waterloo and I must admit, if we are visiting Whitby again in the near future, we just may have to suggest ordering from Jade Garden again.

I walked in and waited for quite a bit. Someone finally came out the back and rudely asked "Pickup or order?" . I said "Order! Is it possible to get noodles instead of rice at extra cost?" NO! "I will pay extra"! , NO! Now I walked out but I'm not sure but being this way in your hole in the wall restaurant isn't the best way to drum up business and I wonder how you survive. I'm guessing your specials work for lunch from nearby schools. RUDE SERVICE ESPECIALLY WHEN WILLING TO PAY EXTRA NOT EXCEPTABLE! Thank you but no thank you I don't need to or deserve to be treated this way.
