When I placed my order, the employee on the phone was extremely hard to hear understand. I'm not from around that area, so I looked it up here on google maps to get the number. However, when I called the employee went where will you be picking up your order. I had to stop gather my thoughts because I wanted to say the store I'm calling now. Don't assume that when someone calls, they know the area. When I arrived at the pick-up window, I waited about 5 minutes before anyone came. I understand that I wasn't the only customer I know that my food might not have been ready. But someone could have taken the time to open the window say someone will be right with you. I'm ok with that.
