I had never had the chance to order.I was cut in line by a couple of homosexual males and decided quickly..,This was not the place for me.

This place is hyped up more than the experience proved to be. Overpriced and under delivered. The pasta was comparable to olive garden but with waaaay more butter and cheese. Butter and cheese does not equal better food. The pizza was okay but the topping combination was not tasty, there was a very sweet flavor randomly that was unappetizing. We paid $50 which is reasonable for two people, the portion size was okay not big not terribly small. The biggest issue was globs of cheese on top more than the food underneath lol. I reheated my left over and poured off about a quarter to half cup of butter. Bread was plain and tough I didn't bother tasting. Just extremely mediocre food overall. Not terrible -not good. The staff came over one after another back to back checking on our table. Within five minutes we had been checked on at least 6 times...I couldn't leave fast enough honestly

Love Il Vicino. One of the best pizza places in Wichita. The location could use some renovation though.
