Silvia’s Authentic Mexican Cuisine

The food is very good. I am very impatient so to me it takes a little bit to get your food. I've eaten there twice this week. And they Doordash for delivery.

Definitely not for me the food wasn't horrible but I ordered a gordita rajas con queso and it wasn't hot there was chopped chilies and some shredded cheese stuffed into the tortilla and then the other one wasn't very good either it took awhile to get our food and they weren't busy in the restaurant but I think they were filling online orders first but any way others may like it more then I did and have a better experience so good luck! I for one won't be back.

Great little restaurant. Wonderful food. First place I've eaten in Wichita with actual spice!

We had a fantastic experience at Silvia's. We visited on a Tuesday, when the gorditas were on special for $1 each. We tried a variety of 6 meats with corn masa gorditas and found them to be delicious. The restaurant provided a salsa for chips, as well as two additional salsas in squeeze bottles that added just the right amount of heat (perfect). We also ordered a regular serving of guacamole, which was freshly made and stole the show. It was evident that the guacamole was made from fresh avocados, with some pico de gallo and cilantro added. It was delightful! We ended up ordering a second serving, realizing we should have opted for the large from the start. The restaurant offers a nice selection of drinks, and I opted for an orange Jarrito. The bill came out to only $13 and some change, which was an amazing value. We definitely plan on returning and highly recommend trying the fresh guacamole.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, prepared fresh and at affordable prices. They also offer daily specials and have a very friendly staff.
