Costa Next - Wigan

I was very disappointed after paying £4.50 for a takeaway caramel latte. It was lukewarm at best! The prices are too high and the tables are always dirty with plates and cups left lying around. The staff at the counter are nice, but it seems like they may be short-staffed.

Friendly service but not the quickest, plenty of staff just none actually just getting on with it. Nice looking coffee shop with comfortable seating.

I visited this restaurant today for a meeting and found the breakfast wraps to be very tasty. I enjoyed multiple teas and appreciated that most tables had power outlets to charge my laptop. There was no time limit on how long I could stay, and the staff was friendly. Thank you.

The children had a delightful breakfast today. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was nice and clean.

Usually happy here but we went to order food and drinks in the drive through, they just told us to go to the next window after ordering drinks, the girl didnt give us the opportunity to finish our order. I ordered a chocolate frappe without coffee and it had coffee in it.
