Hooked Up Seafood - Wildwood

Fresh crabs, stop looking! They called and they were out, but they said call back to X time.. I did. Crabs just came... fresh. Ordered 18 crabs and they were amazing! A few notes 1 when you visit our city, they sell the crackers to break the legs. Just the mall. 2 they are not clean except you ask. But they were amazing and easy to clean. 3 Thanks to my friend Mike R. Who sent me to this place! Large selection and decent prices. Enjoy!

Best place for fresh seafood options! The staff is so friendly. The food is always so good, you can't go wrong. Best place hands down!!!

Quickly fresh-made delicious food served with a smile. I should give it 4½ stars really because they charge an extra dollar or two everywhere they can. But the TASTE IS TREMENDOUS !! It 's located at 1044 W Rio Grande Ave, that means it 's between the NJ Parkway and the bridge into Wildwood. DELICIOUS FOOD !!! Hooked Up has a display area, a specials board, an order window, and a pier side picnic area. See photos below. We ordered the fried crab cakes platter, a dozen steamed blue claw crabs, and the blackened swordfish steak sandwich. That swordfish sandwich was OUT OF THIS WORLD !!! Hooked Up Seafood is a tourist place for sure, but it is worth every penny. I highly recommend you go there and try anything on the menu. You will love it. .

So good! Things to keep in mind before coming here it’s BYOB ! and all the seating is outdoors, so in the evening it does get a little buggy. Bring a six pack and bug spray. Everything was super tasty. The onion rings are more like onion strings very thin and amazingly crisp. I tried the steamed crabs, crab cake, fried scallops, and fried tile fish sandwich. Of everything I tried I have to say the scallops and tile fish were far and away the favorites.

I've been traveling from Annapolis (Severna Park) to Wildwood for six years, ever since I discovered this place. I've been returning consistently. Last night, I had dinner, and today I'll be having lunch there again, and tomorrow I plan to enjoy their famous crab bowls. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with exceptional service and delicious food. I highly recommend it. From what I understand, the owner personally catches most of the fish and seafood served. - Mike K.
