Frontier Lake Lawn Resort

On Easter and Mother's Day we came a few times last year for this buffet. It was excellent and we were happy to receive a reservation for Mother's Day this year. Unfortunately, the food was different and instead of being served by the staff and making the food fresher, it was served in the hot pans and you yourself served it. The food was not so good because this, not to mention, if you are ready to eat, you would rather not touch the same serving spoon, any other touched when can be avoided. Not sure why it was changed. Hopefully they go back to the previous way to do it.

Mother's Day was extraordinary. The food was delicious. Service was good. Dessert table was good.

I was very disappointed to sit in a ballroom this year. Last year we were at a table where we could see the water. That's why we came back this year. The selection of food did not seem as good as last year. But what I'm gonna say is that I made a note that we had a vegan with us. I was never contacted by the resort, but at one point (after we all get our food), our server informed us that it prepared a vegan meal. Nothing on the website said that this could be done so that I was very pleasantly surprised. I wish we knew it before the time and that the server had told us before the food was already reached. But apart from that, it was very appreciated. Based on the atmosphere.... I just don't know we'll be back next year....

Was ok, but pricey for what you got. I do not think that we will return for another Mothers Day Brunch. There are other places that offer a very nice brunch for less money and soda is included. For what we paid they should offer soda and lemonade. There was no lemonade for our son and my husband paid $3 for a diet Pepsi, and it was not even a whole bottle. For $60 a person, soda should absolutely be included.
