Same classic sandwich of tender beef on a perfect Kimmelweck roll, so delicious. Whenever driving through it is worth the stop. The onky negative is the flavor of the off brand fountain soda.

Beef on weck is a Buffalo classic. Absolutely must try if you find yourself with a Charlie the Butcher's nearby. The nostalgic decor maintained a patina aged with experience. Best option for a lunch, good price, fast service, quick lines. Bread pudding? Hot soups?? Forget about it. Come get some flavor why don't you?

My first experience with “Beef On Weck.” Charlie the Butcher served up a sandwich that was worth the hype! The sides were good, but paled in comparison. The sandwich is the star here. It’s a decent sized sandwich but I’d consider ordering two next time because it was that good. Birch beer from the fountain for the win!

One of Buffalo’s delectable little secrets. They make amazing beef on weck, delicious fried fish, fresh pastries, soups, and more. It’s a bit expensive but well worth it for genuine Buffalo cooking. The Polish style cheesecake is like a tasty custard cake and will surprise those who are use to NY style cheesecake. Everything was so so good!

Definitely a buffalo landmark. And a must stop if you wish to have an authentic buffalo dining experience. Parking lot is a bit nuts, and you're better of planning your exit, lol. But ya gotta make the Trip!
