We each took one fork full and we're disgusted by the flavor. I am not typically that turned off by an item...but this was truely awful. While the pad thai had no flavor, with over cooked noodles, we didnt bother eating that either. The cabbage salad was fine, their take on the dressing was different, but at least edible. It was a waste of money. Girl at the counter was very nice and helpful..only bright spot in this visit. I am baffled with their higher review rating.
Can’t remember if i already wrote a review but their thai tea is sooo good, strong flavor and large amount for reasonable price. their pho ga and crab rangoons are also very yummy i highly recommend ?Food: 5/5
I just left here, I read the reviews first because I 'm a review reader. I used to live in pine ridge and have always wanted to try this place but just have never had the chance. We always get our this kind of food from down the way but my husband is sick and I needed to go somewhere close and get him some good hot soup and let me tell you this place did not disappoint. For me the reviews were very misleading and I 'm so glad I didn 't listen to them because I usually do. The decor is lack luster but who cares places like that has the best food. I was greeted when I came in which is Huge for me. The young lady at the front was very nice and accommodating and answered all my questions. And the service was fast. I ordered P4 which was the Chicken Pho with rice noodles and the broth was amazing just what my husband needed, we also got the crab Rangoons and the chicken wings. All were very very good. Only thing is that we like smaller wings and that 's a personal preference. But we will definitely be back. Thank you Sugar Bowl and thank you for being open on a Sunday, and helping me help my husband back on the road to recovery
Updating for 2023 unfortunately it seems that the store needs some TLC, I think COVID had an impact. The tables haven't been put back, and the window dressings are a bit tattered; lots of fingerprints on glass surfaces and the dessert display case is pretty empty.Original review:Wonderful friendly little noodle joint in a great location. Good to see some food diversity coming to the area. Id have a nice photo of the food but it was so good I ate it all.If you have been wondering about what all the hubbub is about for pho noodles and bubble tea, do yourself a favor and come check this place out.No more chicken noodle for me!
Not satisfied anymore.. not the usual taste of beef noodles, they changed their spring rolls too not as good as like before. I ordered P1 and its over cooked and the rice noodles are like cut into small pcs.. ? nobody check our table if how’s the food? Or does everything ok? Tsk tsk tsk!Food: 1/5
