Cold Stone Creamery - Willow Grove

Was not the largest of all cold stone visits. Normally, compare them with other business like franclin wells, colder stone give them a lot of ice and they wouldn't worry about the price, but this time feel different, was not sure whether it is because my cup feels half filled or it might bind as they are their tipps quantity screen. they programmed their credit card payment tips by default 15% without options for no tips. while custom tipps quantity is there, but it does not help to press 15% to be lazy and then ask yourself to visit a mediocre is place worth visiting when they are already premium paid for it.

Just like I remembered 10 years ago. they are out of the gentleman who cried tf out of my sister who cried that I made a fuss! and he is as if they had ordered this menu item with Diff base ice cream. they are a hero. (conversion of 8/26) also my sister and I are in our 30s. we are old people.

Terrible experience, manager is terrible and wouldn't help with a good license. would also not give another family a new ice because the child did not like it. very rude manager and not willing to help at all.

I visited this load before a few weeks, and one of the girls who worked there, prepared food and servier costumes still their nose and scratched their nose with their hand and then does not wash their hands. it has simply continued to eat and serve costumes. so rough. also the children who worked there were so divided by the long line and tons of customers. where was the owner or manager on such animated, beautiful Saturday night? someone with something and experience should have been there to help these children. it's a shame that we used to like to go there.

Such a friendly young woman working behind the counter. Getting ice cream is such a happy experience. And she has made this experience 10 times better because she was so increfibly sweet.
