Contribuisci feedbackAfter we left Cracker Barrel for a 30-minute waiting period with 10 cars in the parking lot, we decided to go to Dennys. There were only two men. A server, a chef. Our server was great. Our food was also very good.
I wish I could leave zero stars! After a problem (in view of contradictory communication about the waiting time when we arrived vs.) I thought it was worth taking the manager's attention, I tried to let him know.... Let me just say that it was immediately clear that bad leadership was a MAJOR factor in this place. What was already moderately bad, which could be corrected by a communication training, now became a nightmare. All the time I talked to him, the manager consistently tried to talk about me and interrupt me. In addition, it was not lost on me that, as I spoke, the host in my peripheral shaking his head and mumbling. To say that this would be a bad experience, a cross-border compliment, and would simply not do justice what has just happened. I had many wonderful experiences at many Denny's locations, but this place tragically missed the brand. The worst part of this experience was that the manager did not try to correct or even hear what had occurred. It was clear that he was listening to answer. I didn't ask for an apology or a discount. Our thoughts were ready to go. I had just hoped to share my experience with the leadership to prevent future problems such as these with their employees, but I had encountered arrogance and respect. But what my party of 16 went away, was a clear understanding where NOT to make patronage for our future meetings, and I am absolutely grateful for that.
Good food and fast service, but it's hard to scare breakfast. No big Dennys fan and would not eat here for other meals. If you haven't been here since the pandemic, your menu has been cut off, but this has happened to a variety of other restaurants.
I would DEFINITELY recommend going to this Denny's! I went inside to order a to-go meal for my mother and myself and when I came back out my mom had fallen in the parking lot and hurt herself pretty badly. The entire staff was incredibly helpful! They helped me get her up, and one employee ran inside to get paper towels for her because she was bleeding. The food we ended up eating was very good and the price was reasonable.
My first visit, very impressed with Vera. The place was busy and she seated us,took the orders for us and several tables without writing anything down. I asked and was granted permission to take her photo and post it. The food was very good although it was a long wait worth every minute.
