It is a hidden gem in the village, offering delicious coffee and tea along with beautifully presented homemade cakes. The atmosphere is always lively with interesting people.
Located in the heart of the village, this charming tea room offers delicious toasted tea cakes. I couldn't resist ordering a second one after devouring the first. The total bill for two cakes, two pots of tea, butter and jam came to just over £6, which I found to be excellent value for money. I happened to have some time to spare before catching my train, so it was the perfect excuse to indulge. The tea room is run by volunteers, with all proceeds going to charity.
Visited with a friend for tea/coffee and cake. Very friendly little place with various crafts to tempt.
Very friendly, volunteer run cafe and tea room. All very clean and tidy, home made cakes and a pretty good range of snacks and sandwiches. About as fresh as fresh can be! Plenty of parking, outside tables and chairs as well as indoors. A small number of tasteful craft items and cards also on sale all helping make thus a success for the community as well as passers by. It's close to the Wilts Cycle Route and particularly welcoming to cyclists.
Called in whilst house hunting in area for a coffee. Then again next day with family! Very friendly helpful staff, all volunteers. Excellent snack menu and lovely cakes. Thoroughly recommended, we will be back.
