Sonic Drive-in - Windsor Mill

Sah in the drive thru over 20 min! Everyone behind me had his stuff I was waiting for... 3 people went by the window, 1 even asked how you need... my food he goes away to never be seen again. My food was sitting next to the window all the time! What a joke incompetent is an understatement! I already called to do something about poor service! I wasted enough to fix all your problems! Furthermore, customers want to call or fill out forms instead of making a joke with the problem....

Place an order in the app for 2 strokes, and received the opportunity to get the redbull blow free because I used the app. Waited 20 minutes and the Auto-Hop came to the car to let me know that they no longer serve the Redbull-Slushy, but I could have another blow or sunk in it's place, I decided to foe the simple caramel-suns. **** poor service. I ordered a **** at the stable that never got my stuff. Wait outside for 20 minutes before deduction. Not sure what the problem was, but if you do not serve the stable customer, you should not take the orders and close the stands.

The food is so dry and if I gave it a zero. I found hair in my milkshake and my smoothie. I also saw a bug crawling from my burger and it was so strange and careless. And when I first ordered a milkshake a smoothie and a burger, but they gave me pizza and I didn't even know they sold pizza! Super bad costumer service too! When I told one of the employees that I never ordered pizza, they started screaming at me and cursed me! This is very unacceptable and unprofessional.

They let one of the caps to the soda machine fall into my drink and didn?t care when i called to complain. I had to dump my whole drink out just to figure out what was floating in it. Disgusting! ?
