Tim Hortons - Windsor

I go through the drive thru every morning and I have to say Jody Rachelle and Sammi make my morning. They always remember my order and my name they go above and beyond. Thank you for your amazing service

I don't come here too often. Staff is often not too pleasant. Probably not their fault, but since I am still a paying customer, I prefer dealing with nice employees.

My drink order was mixed up at the drive-thru, but the woman who gave me my order was the friendliest Tim Hortons employee I've ever met. She agreed that my iced coffee didn't look right (it looked like just milk) and took the time to fix it even though it was causing a delay in the line. I wish I had gotten her name - this was on the morning of May 3rd around 10 am.

Very dirty, the floors and bathrooms. The workers were young kids having fun and not to helpful with customers. Not impressed.

Very much disappointed to see they don't provide all items which were ordered through Drive thru. Clearly cheating with customers and making money without providing all items.
