Tim Hortons - Windsor

Three of us who carpool always stop at this location before our shifts. The line moves quickly and the staff is amazing! We always leave the drive-thru happy and laughing. It's the perfect way to start our day!

The overnight staff at this restaurant consistently provides excellent service and keeps the establishment clean.

Shortly before closing time with limited options remaining, I was denied the option to substitute a donut for a muffin at this restaurant. Despite only having three types of donuts left and wanting to purchase a half dozen, my request was rejected even though they were close to closing and would likely have to throw away the donuts. We are regular customers who always tip well, yet they could not show appreciation by accommodating my simple request for a muffin.

Coffee was good and donuts were fine. The only only problem with experience is bees around food. Otherwise good experience.

Coffee ok but it is light for me I always add extra espresso shot Need the Senior management review their standard of cleaning Many times i faced Espresso machines that is not working in many branches Start Grill cleaning without notifying people.. some people young or adults are shouting/playing cards .. without any control from brach employees or management
