I rarely buy food on campus but the times I do, it’s at Tims in this location. I like how the location offers the full menu, however the several times I bought food here the experience was not so good. There was a time where my food was made wrong; asked for crispy chicken ceasar salad but was given grilled chicken instead; which I was fine with but then when I left and opened my food I looked for a fork. At the time I ordered chilli cheese wedges as well and no fork for either the wedges or salad. Another time was the same case w/ the salad but I corrected it bc of previous experience. There was a fork for my order but with at the yome I ordered a wrap and my wrap was covered with black stuff which I assume whatever was on the grill for a long time that burnt.Overall, I give this 2 stars bc of the service itself. I just wish to get a time when my order is executed right and with good quality.
Bad customer service, had to wait in line for about 45 mins just to find out what I wanted was out of stock. Only one person, handeling the cash, the food and also the service with over 53 people waiting in line.
The lines are generally long and later you figure out they don 't have many of the items that appear in their menu. The cashier was not sorry for that, and she did not even care to say no, we don 't have this item ; she just shook her hand as I was asking whether they different items that appeared in the menu. From my past experience, however, I know some of the staff are nice in this location.Now, I do not have high expectations from Tim Hortons (for obvious reasons). But this one can be very disappointing given its lines and lack of availability ...
There's usually a long lineup, but it tends to move along fairly quickly, plus they serve food (lunch) at this one.
