Mcdonald's - Winona

Just about every time you go to the McDonald's on West service drive they forget something told my wife to check it before we left and sure enough we didn't have any of our chicken nuggets even though the guy that brought it out to our car read it back to us we checked it after he left and no chicken nuggets back in the store I went the store is very cold and uninviting with the order app up front no customer service and the food is good chicken nuggets are good but the Big Mac is very very dry so that's why I gave the rating I did

Service was good. Other than that the food was average and for the price you pay I’d recommend going somewheres else. Overall just an average McDonald’s.

Disappointed . Have always received good food and service from this McDonalds. However, today the eggs were not done. We had to ask for silverware, syrup and jelly. I know you can do better. You weren't busy when we were here either.

Whenever I've gotten food through the drive thru or delivered from this location, the bag has a strong scent of cigarettes. The food usually tastes good, but sometimes that scent penetrates the flavor of the nuggets.

With as much work as this location is trying to push on to the customer as a convenience , there should be discounted prices.It is standard McDonald 's foodI get a breakfast sandwich a couple times a year as that is the only thing I can stomach.
