Prices keep creeping up and service is hit or miss depending on how many people have showed up for a given day. Recently I got the new hash brown thing and it looked like the person who made it had a vendetta against me; seems as though they made heated it all up and then slammed it into the cup as hard as they could manage. Pretty standard dunkin' donuts nothing really special to say if you're going for donuts don't go in the evening or afternoon because selection will be slim. But America definitely runs on Duncan. So I drove up to order my coffee and to start off someone goes WHAT DO YOU WANT?! And so I paused, and then some person goes how can I help you? So I shook it off and ordered my drink along with a medium coffee that comes free with purchase (according to the sign and cashier). When she said yes after I asked if the medium was free I said oh good because I only have enough for the one coffee on my app she takes the 6$ off and then says okay you owe 4$ something still. I said no, the coffee was free you said. And she gets pissy with me and walks away from the window and says she cant deal with me or she gunna . Instead of just settling it fairly... I ended up paying for the medium because she said it would be redeemed but it wasnt. I told them to rip their sign up for false advertising then. There was no need to take ot to the level that they did. Absolutley HORRIBLE cistomer service from ALL employees on morning shift. And I usually try my best to have the upmost respect and understanding for people working Customer Service but their is NO excuse for this really. On top of it they dont clean their drink machines. GROSS.
