Taco Bell - Winston-Salem

This might genuinely be the worst tbell I’ve ever been too. I have never once even thought about leaving ratings for restaurant businesses but I am a die hard tbell fan so it’s hurts to even talk bad about the place. I am constantly at their neighbor location about 10 min away. Every time I have gone to this location it is genuinely idiotic stuff that is wrong. I don’t know who they have working there but clearly their management only hires mentally challenged people. Do not go here. Your food will be long and you will wait 10 min for each car in the drive through. Now I understand why people write reviews

Please change the fryer oil. We got Mexican pizzas last night and threw them away because the flavor from the old and burnt up grease was so gross, we couldn't eat the food.

It seems to exist within the shop customer service and only more often respected. never enough help to take money on the inside of the load, and gets an employment that they can not believe that I would dare to come in and ask someone to do anything similar customer service.

Here's a sweat. I had called and asked for a refund and they said I could do it through the app. it turns out that I can't, and every time I call, hang them on me.

By the car thru girl working was ghetto. something nice, but completely unprofessional, not what I want to represent my business. my order was right and the food was good. total experience lands 3 stars. food: 5/5
