Contribuisci feedbackWe applied for our reservation in time. the hostess was extremely rude. she said she had not seen the reservation in her system. When I showed her the OpenTable confirmation, she said it's gonna wait a 25 minute. then the kitchen said is secured for an hour. no excuse, no smile. a few minutes later she seemed to be satisfied that we decided to go.
After a film. our server was great. eating was very pleasant. we had no complaints and we will visit this restaurant again.
This visit was terrible! from the nasty recipe to the close hour it needed to get our food, it was ridiculous! the only bright spot was justin, the manager. obviously they are very short staff, especially in the kitchen. this seems what other restaurants are experiencing. Maybe they need to increase the berths? the other problem is that the “To Go” orders are in the same hurry as the dunes in, so that a huge backup causes when 70% of the orders go. there must be a better system. we are very frustrated, as we love pf chang but can not wait so long for eating and moderate service. the manager was great, but.
Very disappointed that they were out of the advertised special during lunchtime-we went there specifically for that dish. We had to ask someone else to find our server for our check-she wouldn’t make eye contact so we could flag her down.
Great food, great selection. The staff is always friendly and engaging.
